Job Description
4Life is the leader in Transfer Factor Technology and Immune System support operating in a direct selling model. Formed in late 1997, 4Life has 14 offices worldwide and delivers the 4Life opportunity and products to distributors and customers in over 35 countries worldwide. This position directs and executes the implementation of marketing strategy of 4Life Research to its’ intended targets, leading a great team of marketing personnel. This person, a seasoned marketing professional, will be a key element to executing executive direction throughout all mediums of communication and ensure key initiatives and launches are carried out in a fast paced environment. A strong management resume coupled with a track record of brand and project management will be critical to their success at 4Life.
Specific Responsibilites:

Organize, manage and execute projects and processes that communicate the messaging and brand of 4Life Research
- Lead teams of writers, designers, web developers, and marketing communication specialists.
Direct and oversee intense project list for world wide execution and distribution.
Participate in strategic development.
Work with multiple departments from Research and Development, Legal, International, and Distributor Services.
Job Qualifications:
- Extreme organizational skills are a MUST

- Experience and ability to present in front of groups
- Ability to travel periodically
- Self-motivated, willing to offer creative ideas to improve current programs and the ability to see where new programs will facilitate additional growth.

Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Public Relations or Communications. Command of the English language. Job History in marketing and management.

Major Function
Execute strategic development of all marketing tools in accordance with executive initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Own marketing tool development from concepting through completion, including monthly as well as continued-use tools (Summit magazine, Successo, Beacon, Compass marketing materials, additional marketing materials)
- Help in the development and execution of strategy
- Initiate and implement an integrated points program (Merrill) that will incentivise Autoship and online shopping and enrollment
- Develop and conduct research appropriate to decision making, including market research on tools usage, scrap, and desired improvements
- Receive continual feedback from the field and incorporate feedback
- Understand the approach of top leaders and organizations in the field
- Concept and develop improvements to Life Rewards Plan promotional campaign
- Suggest and develop other marketing materials as needed
- Help the Marketing Department reach its Scorecard initiatives
- Play a very active role in 4Life’s annual convention and other meetings and events
Job Requirements
EDUCATION: BA minimum, MBA preferred
PREFERRED DEGREE: Marketing, Communications
EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of work-related experience, plus one year of industry experience preferred

We are looking for a Web Marketer who is self motivated, creative, adaptable, and committed to excellence. The Web Marketer will have an eye for detail, a passion for customer satisfaction, a head for business and marketing, and a desire to make our distributors successful through our corporate websites, e-commerce and online tools. The web marketer will be responsible for the US, Eurasia, Europe, and the Pacific Rim markets.
Responsibilities
- Create web marketing and e-commerce strategy, by working directly with International Coordinators and representatives in the specific market offices.
- Review existing corporate website and look for ways to improve the site.
- Keep corporate website up to date and accurate, flash ads, products, content, etc.
- Research competitors websites
- Work closely with our web content updater and marketing team to assure successful implementation of e-commerce strategy
- Implement business intelligence through the usage of our web analytic tools
