Dr. McCausland holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry and has worked for almost 40 years in the health sciences industry. Since 2002, he has overseen ten clinical trials for 4Life Transfer Factor products. Throughout his career, Dr. McCausland has developed more than 500 supplements. He has received the Pokrovsky Award and the Kosigin Award from the Russian Federation. Dr. McCausland is also a certified meteorologist and has served as a lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Air Force.

Brent Vaughn is a registered dietician. He has a Master's degree in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of Utah and is currently working on his PhD in Public Health and Epidemiology from Walden University. Vaughn has been involved with the dietary supplement industry since 1998. During his time with 4Life, he has aided in the development of many products, including 4Life Transfer Factor® RioVida®.

Dr. Little was recruited to 4Life’s R&D department in November 2009 while working at a genetics laboratory. Little’s primary research experience is focused on cardiology and neuroscience. Currently, he assesses peer-reviewed scientific literature to support 4Life products in accordance with CGMP regulations. In May 2011, Little completed a PhD in Pharmacology and Toxicology from the University of Utah. Prior to this, Little received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a minor in Physics from Eastern Washington University in 2006.

Dr. Bennett is a microbiologist and immunologist. His 23-year career at the University of California, Davis focused on the practical aspects of protecting food and water systems from microbes that degrade quality and pose threats to health and safety. In the last decade, he has researched and lectured on the immune system. His focus is on how the external environment, including nutrition, can enhance and support the body’s innate abilities to maintain health and wellness.

After 28 years as a pediatrician, Dr. Markowitz left his 24,000 patient general pediatric practice to pursue a 4Life career and start foundation efforts to support immune-challenged children with HIV and starvation. He received his medical degree, general Pediatric training, as well as a Pediatric hematology/oncology fellowship, at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine.

Suzette Lawrence received her BSN from the University of Maryland School of Nursing and her MSN from the University of Texas. She practiced full scope nurse midwifery in private practice. She retired in 1998 to become a full-time 4Life distributor.

Dr. Guess received his MD degree from Howard University, and is board certified in obstetrics, gynecology, and oncology. He continued his education at the Harvard University Medical School post graduate division. After spending many years on staff at major hospitals in Los Angeles, he is currently a clinical professor at University of Southern California Medical Center. Dr. Guess also serves as the medical director and consultant of the Beverly Hills Wellness Center, offering the entire family of 4Life products.

Dr. Oganova has been instrumental in organizing and supervising more than 20 clinical studies on the benefits of 4Life products. She earned degrees in Internal Medicine from the Stavropol State Medical of Russia Institute, and in Cardiology from the Armenian State Medical Institute. Prior to joining 4Life in 2001, Dr. Oganova was the chief administrator of the Children's Hospital in Armenia. In 1998, she was elected Academician in the Russian Academy of Medical and Technical Sciences, and received the Kosygin Award. In 2000, she received the Academy's Pokrovsky Award.

Shane Lefler holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry and a Master of Science in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Utah. Dr. Robertson completed his education at the University of Louisville School of Medicine, serving as the Director of Emergency Services at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah, Kentucky from 1977 to 1994. He and his son, Rob Robertson, III, started a nutritional supplement company in 1994. In researching products for their company, they came across 4Life Transfer Factor®. Convinced of the importance of 4Life's mission, they sold their company and became full-time distributors in late 1997.

Dr. Townsend is a board certified OBGYN, specializing in gynecologic oncology. Dr. Tomalska completed her medical training at the Medical Academy in Lublin, Poland. She came to the United States several years ago and was introduced to 4Life. She decided to devote herself full-time to teaching people about supporting good health. Dr. Tomalska hosts a radio show in Chicago, Illinois called “Balsam” and publishes a monthly newsletter entitled “To Your Health.” She also organizes seminars in Chicago, with topics such as women’s health, cardiovascular health, and health for Polish families.
