Salt Lake City, UT (October 4, 2021) On Saturday, September 25, 4Life President and CEO Danny Lee joined Director of Foundation 4Life Jenna Lisonbee and over twenty other 4Life employees to participate in a Granite School District Shop-A-Thon for underprivileged children.

Foundation 4Life partnered with Discover® Card, Kohl’s® sporting goods store, Best Seat in the House, Burger King, Costa Vida, and the Granite Education Foundation to provide 500 kids with a $200 shopping experience, a haircut from Care Cuts, a dental exam from SLCC, an eye exam from Friends for Sight, a Malouf pillow, and a Foundation 4Life hygiene kit.

The week before the Shop-A-Thon, more than 100 employees from every 4Life department gathered to assemble the hygiene kits. On September 25, Foundation 4Life volunteers handed the kits out to students before taking them shopping.

Recipients included refugee children and others in need of the basics. In the Granite School District, 54% of children live in poverty and roughly two-thirds are food insecure. The Granite Foundation works to provide clothing, food, and hygiene kits to needy children and families. Foundation 4Life and the Granite Education Foundation are longtime partners.

Danny Lee: “This kind of commitment to community in an integral part of the 4Life brand. It’s great to participate in events that reflect 4Life co-founder Bianca Lisonbee’s vision of service.”
