Product Purchase Criteria

  • In June, purchase one of the following:
    Option 1: 4LifeTransform Lean and Fit* Pack for Women or 4LifeTransform Shred* Pack for Men
    Option 2: Digest4Life® Reset System
  • In both July and August, purchase any 4LifeTransform Pack
  • Important note: No LP Center orders are valid for the Challenge
  • The Challenge begins June 1, 2023. Enter the challenge by June 15, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. MST. Provide the following information:

    Before photos with date stamp (photo must be recent—taken within the last month).

    Clothing:
    Men – sensible fitting and style shorts; without a shirt is okay
    Women – sensible workout shorts or workout leggings; sports shirt or sports bra is okay

    Before photos:
    Submit two photos (front and side profiles that show your entire body). Hold up a card with the date you started the challenge in both photos, or submit the photo timestamp data.

    Other requirements:

    • Participants will provide their social media handle so the 4Life team can see their transformation journey posts. Participants will use the hashtag #4LifeTransform for canvassing purposes.
    • Participants may have better chances of winning if they provide other body transformation data (beginning and ending) that can include:
      -Increased muscle
      -Reduced body fat
      -Reduced BMI

    The Challenge ends on September 15, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. MST.

    Upload your After photos (and additional optional data) with date stamp via a separate link that will be sent to you by 11:59 p.m. MST on September 15, 2023.

    Clothing:
    Men – sensible shorts and without shirt is okay
    Women – sensible workout shorts or workout leggings; sports shirt or sports bra is okay

    After Photos:
    -Submit two photos (front and side profiles that show your entire body) via email. Hold up a card with the date of the photos in both photos, or submit the photo timestamp data.
    -If you provided other beginning body transformation data, provide the ending data.

    Winners will be contacted no later than September 30, 2023. Winners will be announced by October 6, 2023 on various 4Life social media platforms.

    • If you are selected as a winner, you will be required to sign a photo release form and may be asked to provide tax information regarding cash payout.
    • 4Life staff will coach winners on further instructions for winner photography for corporate announcement posting.

    Judging Criteria

    A panel of 4Life judges will evaluate transformations based on the following criteria:

    1. Completion of all 4LifeTransform Challenge requirements.
    2. An overall visible transformation in Before and After photos over 90 days.
    3. Additional positive transformation statistics: body fat percentage changes, inches and pounds lost, clothing size changes, muscle and strength increases, etc. Here is a link to some quality and cost-effective Body Composition Digital Scales.
    4. Additional consideration will be given to those who actively post about their body transformation journey using the 4LifeTransform Packs using the hashtags #TransformChallenge23 and #4LifeTransform.
