  • A Loyalty Program order is an order placed on automatic shipment that meets the terms and conditions outlined below.
  • Maintain a minimum monthly Loyalty Program order of 50 LP to earn Product Credits and advance percentage levels.
  • Change your Loyalty Program order up to the day before your monthly ship date.
  • Choose your shipping day from the 1st through the 20th day of the month.
  • Loyalty Program orders must ship to earn Product Credits and advance percentage levels.
  • If your Loyalty Program order does not ship or is returned more than once in an ongoing 12-month period, you will lose existing Product Credits and drop to the 10% level. If you miss two consecutive months, you will lose existing Product Credits and need to re-enroll in the 4Life® Loyalty Program.
  • A limit of 100 LP in Product Credits can be earned each month.
  • Existing distributors and customers may begin to redeem Product Credits 60 days after their first Loyalty Program order ships.
  • New distributors and customers who enroll in the Loyalty Program may begin to redeem Product Credits 60 days after their first 4Life product order ships.
  • During the first month of purchase, new distributors and customers earn Product Credits on first orders. After the first month of purchase, Product Credits will only be earned on Loyalty Program orders.
  • Product Credits have no cash redemption value and are non-transferable.
  • Product Credits can only be redeemed for single-unit LP products.
  • Product Credits can be redeemed by calling 1–877–903–6187 or by logging into your 4life.com Account.
  • Product Credits must be redeemed within 12 months of being earned.
  • Reward product redemptions are only shipped with your next Loyalty Program order.
  • Reward product redemptions cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • A $4 redemption fee applies to each product redemption order.
  • A $10 surcharge applies to each product redemption of PRO-TF®, 4Life Transfer Factor® RioVida® Tri-Factor® Formula, RiteStart® Men, RiteStart® Women, and NutraStart®.
  • Applicable taxes may apply to redemption fees, surcharges, product redemption orders, and the bonus product of the month.
  • Animal Health by 4Life® products are excluded from product redemption.
  • Products redeemed have no LP.
  • Cancellation of your Loyalty Program order can be made by calling 1–877–903–6187.
