Well, you’ll just have to make them to find out!

The good news is you can have your soft, fluffy pancakes and your protein, too, with these recipes!

  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed meal

Heat a lightly oiled griddle over medium heat. Mash banana and mix all ingredients in a bowl, and then cook until lightly browned.

Toppings:

  • 1 sliced banana, for garnish
  • Pure maple syrup

Chocolate Protein Pancakes:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats, uncooked
  • 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
