Salt Lake City, UT (January 6, 2023) 4Life executives have named Preston Richards as the company’s Senior Vice President, Global Markets—Europe and the Americas.

Richards joined 4Life in 2010 as Director of Southeast Asia. He then served as Vice President over Europe and North Asia, and then Vice President of Europe, India, and New Zealand.

His responsibilities as Senior Vice President will include overseeing growth in each region, collaborating with general managers, communicating with Affiliates, and strategizing ways to improve 4Life’s regional footprints.

Maja Galicia, his longtime colleague at 4Life global headquarters, will continue to support him in her new role as Manager, Global Markets—Europe and the Americas. Richards: “Maja is outstanding. She is instrumental in the overall success of 4Life markets. There is no responsibility too big or difficult for her. She’s dependable, loyal, and, just as importantly, a passionate leader. I’m really excited to see her personal and professional growth.”

Richards attributes his success to his team members Maja Galicia, Vice President of Europe Rafael Fernandez, General Manager of India Shashir Jha, and New Zealand Office Manager Debbie Middlewick.

Richards has more than 27 years of experience in the direct selling industry and joined 4Life in 2010. In 1992, he graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Marketing Communications with a minor in English.
