A Million Meals Donated

Salt Lake City, Utah (May 15, 2017) A million 4Life Fortify meals have been donated to several locations around the world as part of 4Life’s for-profit program.

This includes 228,000 meals donated through Feed The Children to nutrition programs in the Philippines, Honduras, and El Salvador, and 120,000 meals to the children in Nicaragua. Our United States education programs received over 40,000 meals and La Casa Rosada orphanage in the Dominican Republic received 120,000 meals to support the nutrition of the children in their care.

Donations from 4Life distributors and employees helped feed 18,586 children in Central America during the last quarter of 2016. The rice, lentils, and beans in 4Life Fortify taste great to children and provide a balanced combination of vitamins, minerals, and 4Life Transfer Factor®. A donated bag of 4Life Fortify provides 24 meals to children who require additional nutritional support.

Nineteen Feed The Children sponsored community centers in northern Nicaragua used 1,139 bags of 4Life Fortify to provide hot meals five times a week for 2,896 children. In Honduras, 18 community centers used 1,835 bags of 4Life Fortify to benefit 6,186 children.

In El Salvador, 18 community centers in Achuapayán, Sonsonate, Santa Ana, and San Salvador used 4Life Fortify to benefit more than 6,500 children.
