Foundation 4Life Supports Harvey Victims9/8/2017
Salt Lake City, Utah (September 8, 2017) Foundation 4Life® sent supplies and money that was donated by 4Life employees to help distributors and their families who were affected by Hurricane Harvey.
Six pallets of emergency supplies donated by 4Life employees were shipped to the affected area on September 8. The supplies included over 300 boxes with 4Life products, 4Life Fortify®, over 3,000 t-shirts, hundreds of scarves, and towels, food, feminine hygiene products, diapers, and toilet paper. 4Life employees also donated over $2,000 that will go directly to the victims.
4Life Diamond Giselly Grajales from Katy, Texas: “I was so amazed when I received a phone call from someone at 4Life Global Headquarters, asking about my well-being and letting me know that 4Life wanted to support our leaders and anyone who has been affected by Harvey. It warms my heart to know we are in good hands. It gives me peace to know we can count on them. 4Life and Foundation 4Life are all about people.”
Hurricane Harvey made landfall on August 25. Thousands of people in Houston and surrounding cities were evacuated after record-breaking wind gusts, rainfall, and floods. Residents are left with nothing as the water recedes, revealing billions of dollars’ worth of damage.
Vice President of Service Catherine Larsen: “We wouldn't be able to help without a leader like Giselly. She was on the ground. She stepped up in a very difficult situation to oversee distribution. Field leadership is fundamental to our non-profit successes around the world.”
4Life has offices in 24 markets to serve a global network of independent distributors and their customers.
